We mounted laser rangefinder and if laser rangefinder zeroed in on 6 shots on the new Ruger SR556. Quick mount arm is very nice. After zero, we decided that laser rangefinder was far ahead, so we popped the lever moved the scope back a few notches on the rail and locked laser rangefinder back down. Nevertheless, good to zero. We rented a couple of times the scope and mounted it again and still zero. It was not long enough to try the range of BDC and not set up our laser. We did turn the laser and a bright sunny day it is very unreliable for 100 yards, but I would not expect it to work well in such conditions. We will install it on your next trip to the bell at 25 feet and under range. I highly recommend it for those who have taken the middle distance with a flat top AR. It should work on the handle mount, too, but we do not have. Works fine. He knew how to sight in 5 shots on my MP15-22. Laser is also well suited for shorter-range missiles. If you would take back the site with MP15-22, to match it. The front site shows how to blur at the bottom of the lens, but does not block the cross.
